She currently holds the position of Executive President of NAP del Caribe, a company where she has consolidated her expansion and operation as the safest, most innovative and best interconnected technology center in the Caribbean.

She graduated with a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and has completed advanced studies at Pompeo Fabra University, Barcelona, Harvard University, and the Virtual University of the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has actively participated in the negotiation processes of the United Nations World Summit on Information and Knowledge Society and the International Telecommunications Union.
